So far my experience with the company have been very good David Cooney has been very professional, the test he did were completed with a confident attitude. I have yet to have my hearing aid fitted. Up to this point I wold not hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing. I would like to add there was no pressure to purchase, I was given ample time to decide,and all my questions were answered to the full.
