The gentleman was punctual, pleasant and helpful. He answered my questions regarding the advantages of purchasing a Sound Bar to improve my enjoyment of television and made various suggestions which I am now considering. However my hearing is now much better after he kindly cleared the aids of debris. He also suggested I used microphone covers. He did not have any with him and I could not locate my box of accessories where he said I would find them. I have now located it but there are no covers!! Many thanks
