Once it was sorted who was seeing me I was dealt with by Sam in his usual friendly manner and hopefully he will be able sort out my 'spare' hearing aid to be used in my other ear at the next session. JOH
PS: The stand-in Receptionist that afternoon was good, being friendly and helpful.
