I i trawled a number of hearing aid specialist outlets because the NHS one I had was causing me no end of problems. I eventually found Hidden Hearing in Bromley and they were very proactive right from the start. They listened carefully to the particular problems I was experiencing and comprehensively tested me. I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt! They were able to determine I had the wrong type of aid and the fact that I would actually need two, which they supplied and fitted. Since then I have regular check ups and the aids are tweaked as needed. I cannot fault their high level of service and support. I have recommended them to several colleagues as a result.
