It is now over a year since I became a client of Hidden Hearing. I have found their telephone services providing advice, batteries, bits and pieces etc. exemplary. for the occasional problem requiring a home visit from their rep. in my area, promptly attended to and problems dealt with on the spot - no complaints whatsoever, so far. In comparison the NHS is unfortunately rubbish.
