Very positive experience. Everyone is helpful, communicative and friendly. The advice I received was apt and the device I am using is the same as hearing normally (no magnification of external background noises or sharp wheezes etc). It is also very hard to detect that I am wearing one. One misfortune is that the device is super expensive and I hope I can make use of it for as long as possible. On the positive side, you get continued good service for no extra charge.
