Callum did a very good job. The main point was that he told me frankly about the merits of going for a new set of hearing aids. It sounds expensive but it seems worth it so long as I upgrade before April 5th 2020 to obtain the 30% reduction. I ask myself is it worth it? I hadn't thought of electronics 'wearing out' but I think this was meant more of contrast between the present set and the newer technology. I continue with the possibility of hearing better with a new set . This may mean a second annual payment against loss etc which might be offset Thank you Stephen Gifford
