We bought a kettle at Hifi Corp Atterbury 6 months ago. Today, it just stopped working. We try to return it, just to be told that they dont return or refund it. It needs to be send to the supplier and then we can collect it again in 21 Days. Your policy SERIOUSLY needs to be revised as a matter of urgency - how can jou expect someone to be 3 weeks without a neccesity like a kettle and expect of the client to drive up and down where as its YOUR suppliers providing poor quality products? Im disappointed in Hifi Corporation.
