Never agaon will I buy from HIFI Corp online.
I bought a wall fan that had obviously been a return as the packaging in the box was torn and the name plate had a dirty mark that was difficult to remove. They didn't have the courtesy to call me or contact me in any way. Then one fay a courier rocks up to collect the fan. No proor warning and no exchange unit.
I still have the fan as I wasn't going to return it without a guarantee that I would get a new one or get a full refund. In future I will stick with Takealot.
