Ordered a Sony TV online. Order went through fine, and then was contacted by Katlego to ask for a copy of my ID. Sent our license through (in my partner's name) and was told the order and the license needed to be in the same name. So we had to create a profile for her instead. Katlego transferred the order over to the new profile. Next day, was contacted to be told they didn't have that TV at all in the country, and would I like to order something else?!!! In the end, I asked for a different model,and paid an extre R2,900 by bank transfer. Sent transaction statement as proof of payment. Accounts couldn't locate the payment, and in the end got sick of their ineptitude and cancelled the order. I'm promised a refund, but how long this will take is anyone's guess. Katlego says up to 14 days. So all in all, 1 month wasted on this bunch of disorganised losers.
