We have done an online order for a mini usb. We placed the order on the 13th July, paid the order on the same day.
On the 18th of July, we received a call (4 days after payment and order) that now you are out of stock. How can we place an order for an out of stock appliance?
This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. The lady who called us, wanted to sell some other cheap device to us, if we wanted something else then we would hve not ordered the one we did.
But I need an explanation to why we could still order when this item is out of stock.
Got a case number, but of course until now, no one had a courtesy of giving us a call back.
Services at HiFi is always a issue and its really annoying now.
