Terrible, Terrible, Terrible in that order. Clearly they are not equipped to handle online shopping and delivery. My pool cleaner has been with the courier for days on end AND they don't work on Saturday. There is NO option for collection and if you cancel you have to wait 7 -14 days for a refund. It was a huge mistake buying from them.
Horrible experience.
