Bought a AEG dishwasher online 19 March 2023. On 26th I phoned 0860459459 to follow up. SORRY NO STOCK!!! Why was I not INFORMED? Picking was not done immidiately. I made 6 calls and 5 emails and today they said the refund will be only done today. No Feedback from them. Themba Masebele promise to call me. Nothing happens. Call expenses and interest on my card lost. Incompentense of staff. I will never ever buy something from Hifi Corp again. Not online of in store. In store there are never stock. Rather stock with Makro. I would rather give them zero stars 😠ðŸ˜
