Dealing with Hifi Corp has been nothing short of a mediocre experience. It's as though no one knows or cares about what they are doing there. It took 6 weeks of logging customer queries with them where I was either told they would come back to me and never did or I was given yet another contact number to call to have my query resolved. One would expect that a complaints department would resolve the matter internally and provide a solution but even they were of no use.
3 weeks of back and forth calls and messages did not yield any positive outcome. I then visited the Clearwater Mall store, where I had to go for the 9th time over another 3 weeks before we could get anywhere with placing an order for the item I had been trying to purchase for 3 weeks. They then had to order the item. I received the item about a week and half later. Now it's been another 2 weeks of logging calls for assistance as the item I bought is supposed to have a charger but it did not come with one. All in all its been 9 weeks of trying to make one successful purchase and putting this matter behind us. I have written to their compaints department again and it's been over a week. I have heard nothing from them.
