I went to Hifi corp in fourways crossing to purchase a 70" TV.. prior to this I went several times to try get all the information I needed in order for me to get the Tv. In all the 5 times I visited the store I received no assistance from anyone in the store. The staff including their manager Nthabi were very unprofessional. Fast forward to the last day I went in the the (today) to make the purchase, I was sent back by a very rude cashier (Olwethu) who said she will not assist me if I didn't have my ID with me. I didn't have it so I told her I'd give her the number which she blatantly said no to.. I had to go all the way back to get a my ID . Upon my return to the store I was told I needed to pay my TV lisence which was also not explained to me in 5 times I've been to the store.. one of the sales assistant told me to rather get a lisence that's not as overdue as mine, so I returned back again to try get my mother to give me here's since it was up to date.. when I returned to the store again the same rude cashier olwethu still refused to assist me. I tried to speak to their Manager as to understand why none of this was explained to me and why was I given incorrect information..she clearly didn't care and told me she couldn't help me. Honestly it's very disgusting seeing the type of service one gets from hifi corp. Very disappointed indeed. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and will definitely never ever return to such a poor service company
