We bought a washing machine on the 26 of July 2024 at ilanga Mall. Upon collection of the machine the Assistant Manger was nowhere to be found and he alone had access to the collection of the machine. The whole staff did not know where he is. we waiting almost 30 minutes and no apology was made. Name of the manager is Zweli.
