I ordered an item 3 weeks ago, HiFi Corp has promised me 3 different delivery dates and has not honoured a single piece of communication thus far. No-one is even able to inform me of where my package currently is, the status gets changed to, with courier, but the item never gets delivered. I know by now the delivery status is a blatant lie as how is it possible for the item to have been with a courier 3 times and has still not been delivered and that without a single piece of communication. They dont send out a single email,sms or give you a call. As the customer you have to call into the call centre yourself just to listen to a bunch of noise and a consultant stuffing their face full of food, chewing in your ear mumbling something inaudible. HiFi Corp clearly does not care about about customer service or honouring their word, instead you will be met with lies, disappointment and incompetent staff. If you value your money, go spend it somewhere els.
