Frustrated Customer Alert 🚨 I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from HiFi Corp. I purchased a Toshiba TV on 5 December 2024, and after waiting over a week, it was finally delivered on 13 December—with a broken screen! I immediately lodged a complaint and was given a reference number, but since then, it’s been total silence. No updates, no clarity on next steps, and no resolution in sight. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I’m entitled to a product that’s in good condition, or a refund, under the Consumer Protection Act. I’ve been patient, but this issue needs to be resolved NOW. HiFi Corp, do better. When can I expect my TV to be replaced or my money refunded? #CustomerServiceFail #HiFiCorp #ConsumerRights #DisappointedCustomer
