I am extremely disappointed with the service from Hi Corp. I purchased a bed that was delivered on the 3rd of December, only to find out it was the wrong size. I lodged a complaint on the 4th, received a reference number, and was asked to send pictures, which I did.
It’s now the 25th of December, and I am still sitting with the incorrect bed. Despite following up, there has been no resolution. This level of poor service and lack of urgency is unacceptable.
I expected better from Hi Corp and will think twice before making another purchase. I hope my experience encourages better service for future customers.
