I placed an order online, entering a new delivery address for the shipment. As soon as my order was placed, I received and email showing the shipment was going to an old address of mine. I immediately emailed them to correct it. I have now made on average around 15 calls to their customer care with no resolve - every time I call in I need to hash out all the events to date to no resolve. I cannot track my order on their online tracking page either. I have no tracking details and have no idea now where my parcel is, as does no one else. Why have a customer care service if the people working there don't know how to care for the customer! This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had for an online sale.
