I ordered a notebook for my Grandmother's birthday online. That was 8 days ago. When ordered, it stated, and still does state 2-5 working days! The days have passed, my parcel has yet to even leave a warehouse, and I have no gift. After calling over 40 times, really no joke, 40 times, someone eventually answers your "helpline" and im told it can take up to 14 work days! Your company is dishonest, unreliable and your service pathetic. I would not buy from you again, not even if someone paid me too! And I will be sure to tell everyone to shop anywhere else except Hi-fi Corp. YOU SHOULD BE BYE-FI CORP!
