Produkt nie dojechał w wyznaczonym terminie, miało to trwać 7 dni a dojechał w 14 .
Kontakt e-mailem jest bezsensowny, ponieważ nikt nie odpisuje .
Śledzenie paczki również żenujące nic nie było wiadomo tylko napis "paczka w trakcie realizacji " nadodatek produkt dotarł uszkodzony , jestem zła ponieważ nie lubię odsyłać produktów a w tym wypadku jestem zmuszona ponieważ produkt był bardzo drogi . Podsumując nie polecam tej firmy jest mnóstwo innych firm z lepszymi usługami i oczywiście lepszym podejściem do klientów .
