I rang to ask for how much it would cost me to talk to a solicitor for about an hour regarding taking someone off my deeds and some advice. A lovely receptionist put me through to someone a while a woman but I didn't get her name.
I told her it was to do with someone on my deeds who I was not in any contact with at all .
She was very sharp and unhelpful and I immediately felt I didn't want someone like that and in an attitude told me around £850. I have always known Higgs llp to be a very good solicitor's but she was very abrupt from the start.
