Following my accident at work in Feb 2008 Higgs +sons took on my case for compensation, Claire Langford was the solicitor, she was very professional and sorted everything out for us at a difficult time, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was always accessable, unfortunately she had to take maternity leave towards the end of the settlement. The solicitor who took over was not as good , most of the time couldn't get to speak to him, left messages but still no contact from him. That is the reason i have only rated "satisfactory", if Claire L angford had continued it would have been "very good".
