I recently took the Level 2 Food And Hygiene course online and it was excellent, well balanced with giving factual information and also interactive content and scenarios; I found a couple of the video presenters spoke too fast and I had to go back and watch again to get all the information! I think some of the modules were quite intense and long; you need a notebook whilst doing the course, which was a good thing to capture key points in the module; learnt lots of helpful information and tips and why food Hygiene is so vital in the practical application!! Very useful and informative course and I would definitely recommend this course!!
