Pharmacology was the topic I was most intimidated by when I started my Nurse Practitioner program. Dr. Busti’s lectures provide detailed information, that might seem like too much initially, but over time it all starts to make sense and you realize it is a necessary overview as to why certain medications are preferred over others. He also takes the time to highlight what we need to know in practice and for exams. He’s engaging and has a subtle sense of humor, which makes the time spent pass quickly. The HYMR team was also available and quick to respond whenever I had questions. I’m feeling confident now that I have the foundation needed to prescribe safely. Thank you!
