I have been using Higher Nature products for a number of years now and have been really happy with them. Customer service/delivery is very good. I would have given 5 star4s but recently I have had to return a product because, after some research, I noted that it didn't contain a vital ingredient. I was surprised at this as Higher Nature priducts are usually very good. I was emailed a returns label to print out (my fault that I had already thrown away the delivery note!) However, since I don't have a working printer, it was difficult to return. Most companies have a QR code to scan for free returns
