I feel I must write to complain that having placed a large order at more than £95 on the morning of 14/5/24, I received an email a little later that morning from Higher Nature announcing the Spend & Save Event, which would have enabled me to save 15%. I rang you as soon as I was able to on my lunch break to explain that I had missed out on this discount but was told it was too late to apply it to my account. I was offered a discount on my next purchase but this would not equate to a similar discount as I rarely spend as much in one go. Whilst the member of staff was sympathetic and very polite, I do feel that as a member of many years, a credit could have been applied to my account for the discount I would have received, had I ordered later that morning. I feel very disappointed by the inflexible policy on this.
