I have been a customer of Higher Nature for many years and have been extremely satisfied with your products and service until this year. I would like to remain a happy customer, but your membership changes this year have left me totally confused. I am a member for ad hoc purchases and also a subscriber to Subscribe and Save. Your recent messages seem to be telling me that i can either be a member or I can use Susscribe & Save, but I have to choose one or the other. It appears that you are trying to make it difficult for your long standing customers like me to do business with you.
