I have used HN for many years and find your despatch service and advice line very useful. Recently you updated your website and I find it more difficult now to complete an order. For example if I search Vit C, nothing comes up, I have to input Vitamin C. That didn't happen with the old site. Also, you provide the helpful service of subscription purchasing but your selection button defaults to subscription rather than one-off purchase so I accidentally bought three months supply of a product when I only wanted one item. I hope you can pass this feedback to your web developers.
