Ordered a boxing gym timer from them. They sent me the wrong one. I told them and they were cool about it. They said that I could keep the one they sent by mistake and that they would send me the correct one. They sent the correct one but it doesn’t work. At that point I didn’t want to deal with it any more so that’s where the story ends.
