The package took 14 days to leave the originating country only to get rejected when it reached Canadian customs. Customer support gave me a very brief response saying they would not reship/refund my order since it was to Canada, which is very unclear when looking at the many guarantees plastered on their site like the picture attached. Had it been more apparent their guarantees excluded Canada I would have gone with one of the many other sellers who do offer it. After this brief email of no help, they have ghosted me and will not respond to any emails I send. I've offered to pay reshipment fees, I'd even cover the COGS if they'd let me, but nothing... Bottom line I got scammed out of $150 in crypto and ghosted by customer support.
