eBay item new. 14 kgm. Unsuitable for elderly. Tried return. They stonewall. Contacted 6 times. In end had to use Parcel Force at a cost of 24.95. Would strongly recommend you do NOT use this company. Will be posting up eBay and social media as feel v strongly re this. Dr E Hall
