received my soup chef a week ago and after trying a couple of soup recipes was not impressed. I would be better of sticking to my pan and hand blender. It was very noisy and the auto clean was useless. Cannot return because of being in contact with food. How do you know if it is any good until you try it. Fifty pounds down the drain.
