All i wanted to do was change the address 2 minutes after the order was made and I keep getting the same response. "Thank you for contacting the Customer Support Team. I understand that you wish to amend an order that you have recently placed on www.highstreetvouchers.com Due to our secure website ordering and speed of our fulfilment process, it is not possible to amend your order once it has been placed. I can advise that this order has already been dispatched, you will received email confirmation later this afternoon. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you." This is really pathetic customer service.
