I ordered hundreds of pounds of Christmas vouchers for my team. I'd left plenty of time to allow for the postage strike (ordered on 14th DEC) but one voucher still hasn't arrived as of 28th DEC. My personal messages weren't added to any of the cards so they didn't know who had sent them. The cards weren't the ones I hadn't chosen. I had deliberately chosen conservative looking cards for emphatic reasons but they sent cartoon snowman cards. The vouchers weren't even put int the slots of the cards, just chucked in the envelope separately so the recipients could have easily thrown them away not knowing it contained anything. The delivery note didn't have an initial for the packer either. Terrible service! Stay clear.
