Awful awful awful weird rude customer service team awful! Ordered a 1 x £10 voucher and got the code went to redeem and they have blocked the code asked the online chat on their website and told just ring fraud team wtf ? lol 😂 so I did and they investigated a ten pound voucher anyway after giving me the all clear after asking ridiculous irrelevant questions get a email few hours later they cleared it and I can now reedem it … but I can’t it’s still blocked rang back and again rude lady makes you feel like a criminal for a £10 voucher!!!!!!! 16 minutes later after she puts me on hold they put the phone down I know it wasn’t me as I had the phone on speaker on the side so awful awful people and never would ever buy here again how absolutely ridiculous! And still has not been resolved after multiple emails AVOID AAVOID AVOID and to that rude lady hope you have a awful week☺️
