Would be easier to say what went right a big fat NOTHING Never returned any phone calls emails or text blinds provided are beyond second rate and damage done to decorating is beyond belief took Hilarys 3 months to come and fit blinds of which are not any good and to be told that they have to be remade and no fitting date don’t think so not when they have taken a wad of money for deposit been in touch to tell them I want to cancel the order and I want a complete refund as I have consumer rights and right to refuse poor shoddy goods plus trading standards are involved as is my solicitor wouldn’t give them time of day this is a two bit outfit
