I instructed HiltonSmythe agents to give me a price for my shop. They explained everything to me and produced a brochure and put it on the internet. They got lots of people interested but the coronavirus made it difficult to get anything done. They stuck with it and got me a sale at a price I am happy with. I didn’t pay any fees to them initial I was sold and I think that’s why I chose them. The fees they charged were okay in the end. I wish it could have sold quicker but there was nothing they did wrong. Thank you to Matthew and Jessica.
