We chose to give this agency our instruction to sell our Bakery back in 2018. We were impressed with the advertisements and initial interest which lead to an offer being put down. We accepted the offer, which was slightly under what we wanted but we were happy to move on and allow some fresh eyes into the business. The process was very smooth except for a hiccup with the landlord, which the agent dealt with well and we have received notification from them the matter has now completed.
