While the quality of the sign is very good the customer service and shipping time is horrendous. We ordered two signs (one vertical one horizontal) November 3rd and paid for expedited shipping on our order. We were expecting the vertical sign to ship out quickly as their website states it is in stock and ships within one day. We were expecting the horizontal sign to ship within 2-3 weeks. After not receiving our signs or a confirmation email in over a month we reached out and it seems they had lost our order. They shipped out one of our signs, the vertical one, after we reached out. When we got it (Dec 9th) we really did love it but no word on our second sign that we still had not received for over 9 weeks, which is triple the time frame they state on their website. The first time we reached out about our second sign they told us it had already been delivered, referring to our first sign so it seems they had forgotten about our second sign yet again. We finally received our sign after 10 weeks with little to no explanation from customer service, we were hoping they would make it right with us by offering a discounted price but were just offered $40 voucher off our next purchase. We will not be purchasing from them again. As a small business these signs were a splurge, we are super disappointed and frustrated to say the least.
