I love the water, but customer service is HORRIBLE. You cannot speak to a live person, and email responses are slow and contain unfulfilled promises. 02/13 I ordered three cases of water. 02/15, the website showed my order was out for delivery. 02/16, I had not received my order, so I emailed customer service. I was assured I would receive my order. That day I received a delivery, but it was only one of the three cases. The delivery person took a picture as proof of delivery, so I had validation from their own driver that I only received one case. As of 02/22, I still have not received the two missing cases or a refund.
