Easy ordering experience. I must have foolishly ordered two pair when I thought I only ordered one. Still, I'm glad I did because one of the locks I ordered wouldn't stay zipped. If you pulled band down and away from the lock, it could be easily pulled apart. That said, the other 3 locks work great. I have one permanently wrapped around my saddle bag and feel much more confident leaving my new kinda swanky bike outside the cafe mid-ride.
