Ordered a Pilates bar from these people at the start of February and got a shipment notification within two days. Still hadn't received the order by mid-March, so emailed them for a refund. Got a really vague 'we're experiencing a lot of tickets' email that didn't address my query, but from benefit of the doubt I waited another week, and the order still didn't arrive. Tried checking the order status only to find out that the tracking code was 'not found' – so Hipsline have taken my money but deleted my order. Will be contacting my bank company to get a refund. It's still amazing that there are companies out there in this day and age defrauding people so blatantly like this.
To add insult to injury, they refuse to refund you with the false excuse that your order has 'exceeded the refund time as per [their] refund policy'. When you try to dispute that [because how can a refund period be applied to something you've never received?], they deliberately ignore your messages. Again, if you've had the misfortune of dealing with Hipsline and don't receive your money back, take it up with your bank instead.
Safe to say – DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIPSLINE.
