Buyers beware. I placed an order on November 19th, 2024. 2 weeks went by with no updates and no shipping notification. I sent an email, they would respond, and then never reply to me again. In total I sent at least 10 emails. Finally they said my order wasn’t properly uploaded in the system (even though the money was taken out of my account) and they cancelled my order. First time customer and it was a Christmas gift, so not a great experience. Customer service is next to 0.
