My device arrived opened with the packaging torn. I have written to you on your website to no avail. No one has replied to me.
Additionally there is no indication that this is an Hitachi product. No signage with the Hitachi name. This is not what I contracted to buy.
Please explain why you have ignored me and why the product has arrived like this I have taken a picture of it, have not removed it from the packaging and, because this is a personal product, would like a full refund.
Kindly advise the address whereI must return this product
