MAJOR WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER EXPECTING DELIVERY FOR THE HOLIDAYS! I agree with previous reviewer. Order was placed 11/6/2020. Just received an email from H&M this morning, 11/13/2020, stating that they haven’t forgotten about me. How thoughtful (major sarcasm here)!!! Called customer service requesting order to be canceled, but was told that I had to cancel this order within an hour after placing it. BTW, CSR was as droll as dry bread😒 This order has been in processing for a week! Also chatted with an agent, but to no avail. This company seems to be ‘cash poor’ and I wonder about its solvency??? Sure the clothes are cheap, but save your money and shop Nordstrom for outstanding customer service☺️☺️☺️
