Placed an order in Nov. sitting waiting in warehouse to ship. Called Dec. 7 & finally spoke to customer service after online chat couldn’t help. Guaranteed it was shipped, just not updated & I would receive it on or by Dec. 11. Didn’t happen, called again & after 2 disconnects cs said item didn’t make it on the truck. No more in stock, so won’t be getting it. Offered me free shipping for next offer. Told them to keep it cuz never ordering again. Asked them why they didn’t notify me order had been canceled. Semantics-said it wasn’t canceled. Ok, why wasn’t I notified order was delayed indefinitely as in never!?! Supposedly going to refund.
