Charged 8 times for same item and no refund
Ordered a pair of pants less than 24 hours ago woke up this morning to text messages from my bank saying that my card had been charged 8 different times for the same item. Called H&M they said they didn't see an order on my account but wait 48 hours and monies will be added back to my card. My card balance reflects the amount taken from H&M and I do not have access to that money. I asked to speak to management and got the same run around. She basically told me to call my bank and there is nothing she can do for me. I explained that I now do not have the money available to me and the item that was ordered was for my son's birthday and wanted my money refunded back to my card today. They offered me 25% off of my next purchase. I declined and said I needed my money back today and that they should at least send me that Item for free for the inconvenience. Nothing was done. I called my bank they were able to see all the transactions and started a dispute for me. I will never order from them again.
