I am very disappointed with the new store return policy. I purchased a pair of shorts for my son they were to small. He lost the receipt while opening presents. All the tags are on them I just wanted one size bigger and they would not exchange them for a bigger size. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT H& M again. Scammers at their best
